I logged out and back in to Memrise on my iPhone and it shows that I have no history in any of my courses. Has anyone else had this problem? It still shows that I have learned ---- words and have ----- points but I cannot review anything as it does not show that I have ever learned it. Is there a way to restore my progress or do I have to start all over?

Sorry to hear you’re having this issue
Sometimes when logging in on an iPhone, the app takes a while to sync all your progress to the device.
As long as there’s still progress on the web, it’s just a matter of time until your app gets up to date.

just found this post after filing a bug myself (Urgent help, please! All learned words have disappeared by logging out and on again).
It would help a lot (really a lot), if memrise displayed some sort of clue that the progress number and bar is still being synced.
How long does the synchronisation take, i.e. how long is “a while”?

Update: Waiting didn’t help, even after 24 hours. Now I’ve deleted the Memrise App and re-installed it from scratch, which seems to help. The progresses are back.
It all went back after logging out and back in but now it has happened all over again and I’ve been waiting a week for it to load. Still has not loaded. Anyone have an update on this issue? I have been adding a lot of audio to my courses but it’s been a week.

Can you please try uninstalling the app, restarting your device and then reinstalling your app? This should successfully sync your app with the servers.
We are aware of this issue, and our developers are working to get it fixed asap! Please keep an eye out for future updates.
