can you please help urgently! Sync seems to be totally broken. I logged out of the iOS app and logged in again, and all my learned words have vanished, all counters are down to zero, all yellow bars are grey. Even the courses I completed months ago look like I never learned a single word!
The reason I logged out was that I restarted a course two weeks ago, which wasn’t reflected on the app.
On the website everything is ok, so I assume it is a sync bug.
Version is iOS v1.0.212413 and v2.3.5.4451
I’m slowly losing all hope I had once about a beautiful and well made app+website.
Update: Deleting the app and reinstalling it from the App-Store seemed to have worked. The progress of learned words is back.
I’d still consider this a severe bug. Keeping track of the user’s progress is one of the core functions of a flash card app. Syncing the progress between web and apps is tricky to master , of course, but it is essential that it works flawlessly if you offer it.
