Wrong word numbers in courses, wrong number of learnt words,

Hello everyone,

my account got banned for some suspected activity - whatever that might have been. I suppose having created lots of accounts from the same school computer as a teacher seemed suspicious to you…
:frowning_face: Unfortunately, it is impossible to get in contact with you any other way than that it seems, so let’s hope that’s going to be solved soon.

Anyway, having immediately reactivated my account and set a new password, I found out that in the app, the correct number of learnt words is shown, in the web version, more than half of them are missing. Moreover, the courses show wrong numbers of words that have been learnt (or show that more words have been learnt than there are) in both the app and the web version.

I’d really appreciate getting contacted by you as soon possible one way or another. I’d really hate having got into trouble for making Memrise popular at our school… :cry:

Hi. The bug with incorrect word count is well known for some time, but has not been fixed.
