Unable to use Meet the Natives mode

Hi all,

I’m currently doing the official Spanish courses (I have completed Spanish 1, and am part way through Spanish 2), but every time I’ve tried “Immersion / Meet the natives” mode, it doesn’t let me do it and says I need to learn more words.

This is frustrating as I’d love to be able to do this! Is this an actual bug or am I being stupid somehow?

Hi Sam, I had a good look at your account and couldn’t find any obvious reason as to why you can’t access Meet the Natives…
Can you please try logging out and back in? If that doesn’t do the trick, please uninstall and reinstall the App. That should resolve the issue.
In the unlikely event it doesn’t however, let us know so @Joshua can do his magic.

A few days can’t use the natives’ video mode from course main view and especially on Spanish 2 .

I want to do videos from all over the course. Tried everything. Got Spanish 3 & 4 to work after that.
