Videos not showing in German course (mobile)

Hello, I´m a PRO member studying German.
In the browser, I can watch many videos, but in my mobile app I can´t.

It tells me that “It seems that you must learn more words before you play with Learn with the natives”. But is the same user that I access in the browser.

Any help to show the “natives videos” in mobile app?
