Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry you’re facing this issue 
We are aware of this and are developers are working hard on a fix. Unfortunately, it has proven difficult to reproduce and so a solution is taking longer than we’d hoped. Please keep an eye on this thread for updates: IpadOs 14 review buttons doesn't work - #11 by ale_c
