Hello. After remove the cash and clear the data on Android I can’t login into my account. Error - incorrect password or something wrong. When I tried to restore password, memrise wrote that I had wrong email. But in the web I use the same password and email.
I would have done the same, if I were Memrise.
As you have removed all your own “cash”, there is nothing they can be interested in you anymore
Try it next time with the cache, data removage and/or app un-install and app re-install (preferably an older version like v2.9_3947) and you might be able to re-login again??
Maybe the authentication is broken in the latest (rolled out but untested) app version…who knows???

Are you sure that you tried to re-login without setting up a new user account by mistake?
I removed Memrise, and installed again. The same error. After that I used VPN, and I success login. I think it’s the problem in my provider in Russia.
