Cannot re-login after reinstall, password recover fail, account claimed not to exist

I instulled my memrise in my mobile and now i want to install it again but when i enter my username and password, it says your password or username is wrong but i know it is correct and also when i want to reset my password it says ‘there is no memrise account assosiated with that account’ whrease i have an accout with this mail. I really don’t know what is the problem. Please guide me.

Sounds to me like a tiny mistake in a username. Now, you are here as ‘elham_69’. Is that the account you try to use with on your phone? Is it Android or iOS?
Strange it says ‘no account associated’ → it seems that somehow a different account was given. Now, with Gmail, you can place dots anywhere in the local part of the address. But Memrise would see this as a different address. Could this be the issue?
When you signed up, you received most likely a welcome email. What is the user name mentioned in there or in any other email from memrise?

Thank you indeed for your answer. Yes i use ‘elham_69’ on my phone and my phone is android. Actually i enter my username or the email which i made an account with that and even i copy them from my profile so i don’t have any mistake in writting them.
I singed up in memrise about seven month ago and yesterday i uninstulled it from my cellphone and now i want to instull it again but i can’t log in. I’m really confused.

Sounds really like a bug. Seems to be the same as this one: Some trouble after clear cash and remove data

Could you confirm whether or not it is the same?

But, you say ‘must use a VPN’ -> Does the use of Memrise require a VPN in some cases? I hadn’t heard that before. I wonder which those situations are.

It’s possible @elham_69 has been affected by the recent ban of IP’s in Russia?

Unfortunately some Memrise users have also been caught up in this block, preventing them from accessing the service.

Actually I used a VPN when I wanted to log in that this solved my problem and after that I didn’t need to use a VPN.
