Using safari. Problem has persisted for me for 5 days.

Could you take a screenshot of your browser developer console.

To open the Google Chrome console panel, either:

  • Press Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows / Linux) or Cmd+Alt+J (Mac).
  • If DevTools is already open, press the Console button.

To open Firefox console panel either:

  • From the menu: select “Browser Console” from the Web Developer submenu in the Firefox Menu (or Tools menu if you display the menu bar or are on OS X)
  • from the keyboard: press Ctrl+Shift+J (or Cmd+Shift+J on a Mac).

An error message should hopefully be shown, please take a screenshot of your entire screen including the console, so we can see what is causing this error.

I’ve got the same problem, and am also using safari. Could you give instructions for what we need to send you for safari?

Hi, this is still a real problem for me - it happens whenever I finish watering a course, pretty much, and every time I change which language I’m looking at (I’m doing 4, so I change languages fairly frequently). I’m happy to send in whatever info you need for safari, just tell me what to do.

Hi colva, no need for a screenshot anymore.

Spoke to one of the web developer and we had a look at your account. It looks like the dashboard appears to be freezing, however it’s just fetching data for each course. Eventually, the more progress and courses you have, the slower it takes to fetch data.

This is also the same for @Sophieie.

We may look into a way of improving how we retrieve and calculate your data. But for now, there’s not much we can do.

Thanks for looking! It would be great if you could find a better algorithm to improve load times for the dashboard, but I can see that that is a longer job.

Hi, I’ve been having this issue for a long time. Is there any solution to solve it?

I’m doing several courses and when I finish studying any of them it takes ages to load the home page.

To be honest, it’s really annoying.

Apart from that, I’ve noticed lately 2 new bugs:

  • The image / text used to remember any of the word / sentences is not stored anymore. So, it keeps asking:
    image

  • When you put a word / sentences incorrectly it doesn’t put what you’ve written, so you don’t know what’s wrong.

It seems that instead of improving the program it goes worse and worse.

Please, apply solutions to these annoying issues as soon as possible. Thanks.
