"review" not functioning, again?

hey, memrise team (@joshua?) , i think you overdid it (in cutting down items to be reviewed): in both these http://www.memrise.com/course/468536/2015-tocfl-vocabulary-level-iii/;http://www.memrise.com/course/467533/2015-tocfl-vocabulary-level-ii/
i did not review items for more than a week, i saw that I had items to review before the crash (which items i did not ewview during the last three days), and now you don’t let me review not even those marked as due “now”

I’m getting a bit worried. All my students use Memrise on a daily basis. Would it be possible to give a rough indication of when things might be back to normal. We’ve had problems before, but never for this long.

Now it is more broken than ever before: I can’t review at all, not even the same ten words I have been reviewing for how many days now? I can’t learn new words at all.
Astounding incompetence exacerbated by total lack of information. Have I received even a single email from Memrise to explain what’s going on? Has my pro membership been addressed - do I get my subscription extended or refunded? Hell no!
I almost never pay for any online service/software and regret doing it in this case.

it is not “more broken”, it is “somehow broken”, or simply “broken”: you cannot review those 10 because you already did, as you say. Look into the levels, and see when those items are due for review.

The counter is not functioning; basically one has to review blindly (on the principle “let’s see what happens”.)

what exactly do you want to show by posting the same all over the place? maybe it does sound silly, but i’ve started this thread before the other thread appeared.

And that doesn’t work for every user. I, along with a handful of others, have said we cannot review level by level.

In another thread, Arete_Hime recommended watering from the course page instead. If you have a course with only one level that you haven’t finished, you’ll see a “learn” button instead of a “review” button. Edit the url, adding garden/review/ to the end.

Without more information about what you’re experiencing, that’s my next-best suggestion.

I posted a more alarmed message just a little while ago as I wasn’t aware you had replied to me. Most of the time when I tried to access the forum I couldn’t which made me more concerned something very seriour was wrong. Anyhow , thanks for the reply and disregard my second message. I feel a bit better now.
