I don’t use pro subscription any more i just get what i need from it, and it renewed automatically an i need to cancel it, however it just 2 days ago and i read that i can refund so i send more then mail to [email protected] and it was auto reply, i just want to anyone contact me ASAP

It can take up-to 7 days for the refund request to be received and processed
I have cancelled the pro subscription a few days after subscribing it. I did send a mail to [email protected] but I only did a get an automatic response and no confirmation of the cancellation.
