Before sending you this message i already follow your process…, like i said when i try to reset my password the memrise system said that my email are not recognized ! ( I’ve tried with all the emails i’m curently using and there is only 2 )
I always got this message " USER DOES NOT EXIST " when i try to rest my password. Like i send to another guy from the memrise team by email 2 weeks ago, i susbscribe to a PRO ACCOUNT in January on my MOBILE phone. Recently i start to use the website because i lost my phone on vacation in JULY, then i made the mistake to create a new account to use this website ( i even didn’t pay attention, i just mistook with the email adress i used when i subscribe to the PRO membership ) , then i contact the customer service by email and they told me the same thing. After that i was able to use the website and get all of my previous benefits as a PRO memeber and also all of my levels and skills were saved onto the main website. But i received my new mobile phone a week ago, then i download the MEMRISE mobile application to start using it on my phone and then… THE SAME PROBLEM APPEAR… i couldn’t connect onto the mobile phone application, i have the same error message, and i also can’t connect on the main website. I USE THESE 2 EMAILS ADRESS ( one is the one of my paypal account that i used when i subscribe on JANUARY, another is my gmail adress ) AND BOTH OF THEM ARE REJECTED and the system doesn’t recognize me…
ANY HELP IS WELCOME !!! PLEASE CONTACT THE MEMRISE TEAM AND TELL THEM TO CHECK MY ACOUNT = I cans send you the screenshot of my PRO subscription in January or any details you need in a private message.

PS : I’m not STUPID, i know how to RESET A PASSWORD so if i contact you it’s because it does not work at all neither on my mobile phone or on the main website.
Hi @MemriseMatty ; I’ve been using the app and saw the back to school offer for 50% off the annual pro subscription. I’d like to take this offer, but clicking on the offer on the Android app just makes the screen a little darker like a message is supposed to appear. Nothing happens.
The website doesn’t appear to have this offer - can you please advise if this is a bug I should report, and how to take the back to school offer?
