Pro account doesn't work

Hello, I purchased pro yesterday but still I can’t use any of pro functions. The payment is registered in Google play however on memrise itself it still demands to pay for pro account.
What to do now? :confused:

The staff, e.g. @MemriseMatty usually helps with this. He has been informed by putting the @ in front of his name.

Hi @MemriseMatty , i have the same problem with both of my memrise acount on the mobile phone and on the website .

I have a pro account since January, since a few days i can’t log in into both of my accounts and when i try to log in there is a message saying that my emails are not recognized…

It bothers me because i can’t use memrise at all !!!

Can you help me ? What informations do you need to help me to fix that ? Do you need my email that i’ve used to register or the email i used with my PAYPAL account when i subscribe to a PRO membership?

@loadeddeck50 We searched for your email but could not locate the transaction. Can you send us the email you use for the Google Playstore or GPA .no?

@MemriseMatty Hello - I have been having a problem with my pro account as well. My issue is that the pro-streaker is going backwards. I study every day and my class streak is now at 170 days - prior to that, the previous class was 300 days. But, now the protracker is taking days away from me. I have tried several times to contact your team with no response. Any assistance you can offer would be appreciated.
