I’m also experiencing this problem when trying to create mems with images for my own course. I hope it will get fixed soon!

i am getting the same problem, i can make mems, but can’t put any pictures in it

Yes, I am having the same problem. The system will detect my image and allow me to edit text on it, but will not save. And as you say the saving icon keeps on spinning in defiantly.

experiencing the same problem, can never add images to any mems (have also tried to add images to older existing mems, same issue as it seems to use the same mem editor code)

good to know it is a memrise issue, does someone know about when this will be fixed?

Same problem. Can’t save Mems with pictures anymore. This has been going on for about a week. Any feedback from Memrise how long the fix will take would be nice

Yes experiencing same problem yesterday and today. Accepts text but no pictures. Hope the web team is on it because mems are strong feature of memrise.

Problem continues today, May 24 2017. Mems won’t save with images in any course, mine or someone else’s. Endlessly spinning wheel…

I can’t upload my photos on Memrise. I’m getting crazy.

I have been experiencing this same problem for the past few days - it is very frustrating. I am unable to upload any photos (all of which are copyright-free, by the way), I can only create word mems.

Oh, I can’t edit any mems even if they have just text in them.

The problem with not being able to upload picture mems was first reported 11 days ago. Is there any news on whether the function will be back again soon?
