A similar problem happened a couple years back and was fixed, but I’ve been having issues uploading mem images for a couple days now. I’ll upload it, and instead of getting the spinning ball of doom, I get the response that there was a problem saving my mem and “maybe you can try again,” which of course never works.
So far as I can tell, there’s not a lot of consistency on my end as far as what’s causing it. I’ve had images of various dpi’s be accepted or not seemingly randomly; similarly with sizes of image and sizes of file. Sometimes if I change the file size and reupload, it accepts the mem, sometimes not. Sometimes if I rename the file and upload, it accepts the mem, sometimes not. Sometimes if I do nothing and try again, it accepts the mem, sometimes not. I’ve now been stuck trying to add a mem to one particular word for half an hour, and I’ve tried everything from changing size to changing image to restarting the learning session and no dice.
I’m on macOS, Firefox’s latest edition.
