I got an automated email from memrise today that says “Congratulations!
You have reached the Top 10 on Memrise Leaderboards”, which made me
curious to see what this leaderboard is. I know there’s a leaderboard
for each course, and I know I can view one of all the people I follow,
but this email seems to be talking about something global to the whole
site. Is there such a thing? Where?

I’m not sure what specifically triggers the email you got. I recall seeing several posts on the old forum asking about it and, I seem to remember several people saying they also got an invitation to sign up for Memrise Pro at a reduced rate in tandem.

that general leaderborad is crap, sorry, everytime when i make the mistake looking over it, i see some cheaters…
