Infinite review loop - something is stuck?

Whenever i finish a review i keep getting the same review again and again. The review counter never ticks down.

Case test:
I have one course with only one review (it says (1) ) and i do the review but afterwards it still says (1) and i can do this review an infinte amount of times.

Please help

Same thing just happened to me in Spanish course, It shows 72 words to review and keeps giving me the same ten words over and over.

Just happened to me again in the German course.

It’s stuck on one side of load balancing. What happens for me now: if i see a dashboard page with “19 words to review” (but I’ve just reviewed them) and then i refresh this page - i see “0 words to review”, if i refresh again - i see “19 word to review” and so on. So the sides of load balancing are out of sync. Could the tech team please fix this? Thank you

Same thing happens in japanese course. Keep getting the same 63 reviews. When i review all of them they disappear, but when i go to course details it says 63 reviews and when i return to the dashboard again i have those 63 reviews. And the dates for the item reviews change from “now” to “11 days” for example, when i reload or go back and forth.

I have sent in a ‘support request’ asking that someone fix this bug.

Thanks to everyone for describing their experience but we now have four topics running on the same issue. Let’s give the Memrise guys time to get onto it.

I think everyone who uses web interface have the same problem. It doesn’t depend on what OS or browser your are using, the problem is on the server side.

I have similar problem.
The review keeps prompting the same words.
The number of words to review doesn’t change.
I quit a course but it still appears in my dashboard.

Also I’ve noticed that problem is not only with watering but also with learning new words. When I try to learn new words i’m given the same 5 words again and again (and points aren’t increasing).

Another unexpected server issue from our side. This has now been sorted out, you can now review as normal.
