So I was doing the official Japanese 1 course (Learn Japanese on Memrise - Japanese 1 - Memrise), when this happened.
So sorry for the trouble! I think this may be caused by a bug we’re trying to get fixed right now. This bug is presenting deleted items as multiple choice options, highly annoying! @BeaTrisy can you have a look and confirm whether this issue is related to that same bug? Thanks
Weird, none of these is прости, which is the answer
The answer was Gomennasai, which is the 4-th option. It was accepted

There the user is seeing Cyrillic text actually in the lesson item listing. There is a screen shot of this in that post.

It should be fixed. When you logout and log back in all should be working correctly again.
