A couple of weeks ago you’ve added a visual effect in exercices in which one has to choose correct word order, sort of glowing or whatever it is called. Must say that this is another example of how wrong Memrise development policy is. There are many features users are asking for and asking for a long time, but your decision is to spend your precious resources on useless glitz, which does not help in learning in any way and can even be distracting. In short, it’s mind-boggling what you are doing. 
What visual effect is that? I didn’t notice that.
Sort of pinkish red glowing. You are tapping a word and then this glowing appears. For me this element was absolutely redundant. I don’t know if it’s still there, because I’m not updating app anymore.
You can install two versions and compare them. My current version is 2021.7.5.0 (before glowing effect).
I don’t know if it’s here now or already gone, and to update app is far from my intentions.
