Hello, I am a Premium User. I have been using the Memrise App for a long down, downloading offline course and using it with no problems at all. Recently, I deleted the Memrise and a reinstalled it which has appeared to be a mistake. Now I am not able to download courses OR if I do download a course, right as soon as I go offline it will not allow me to use my downloaded course saying, Your are offline. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried just about everything and really need this problem fixed ASAP because I need to get back the studying. Thanks. Hope to have a response and this problem fixed soon.
