I have also trouble with the chatbot.
First repeat the same chat always, are there not more chats then 3?
Then I can’t see the emoji’s… see here
I’m a pro user BTW.

Hmm, can you post the chat level and take a screenshot of the entire conversation, just so I can locate what emoji was meant to be shown.
Probably the emoji is not supported in your browser, or the emoji is broken 
Currently only 3 chats are available. We do plan to add more chats in the future

This is the response from Marcel that were incorrectly flagged, including the links to his uplaoded screenshots.
Experiencing an issue with the chat bot too. My answer was being registered as wrong even if it’s right.
(This is off-topic, so if you need more help, please, open a new thread.)
It seems you forgot the question mark (’?’) at the end of the sentence - the chatbot seems to require that.
This is to prevent spammers.
Thank you for the screenshots. I’ve had a look and the emojis are appearing in my browser for the spanish course you were learning.
What browser and operating system are you using?
I tested on macOS High Sierra using Google Chrome (Version 66).
