Can't add new words or create new level on my memrise course?

So whether I bulk add words, manually add words or try to create new level, Memrise would not respond or would show an error message that says ‘whoops sorry there was an error in adding your words’. I’m not sure whether this is a bug or if there’s something I’ve done wrong. I’ve just made this course public and some people are learning it. Could this be the reason why? I’m just really frustrated atm because all my courses are incomplete and I need to add more words. Please help a gal out if you have a solution!

Can't create new levels on course

I am building a course and as of today I can no longer create new levels for the course for learning. When I go into edit course and I click the button to add a new level the drop down menu appears as normal and gives me the option to select between Japanese and Multimedia but when I click on the first option for Japanese nothing happens. We’ve had some issues with user generated content, but now all should be back to normal. Thank you all for your patience.

I am still experiencing this same bug. When I want to add levels my only option is multimedia and this does not get me the level I want to make. I have tried duplicating levels and this works for a while, but after a while levels 5 to 12 were the same level…they duplicated one level and copied them to all levels somehow. Can anybody tell me if they’ve had similar experiences or how to fix this?
