Hi there is a bug with: Developing Chinese Advanced Speaking Course I, which seems to pop up half way through unit 9. Once I get here it stops letting me learn new words. I just keep getting a pop-up saying: “Whoops! Could not load the session. Sorry.” I’ve tried using different browsers and also restarting the unit, but nothing seems to work. I’ve even tried skipping unit 9 and going on from unit 10, but it won’t let me continue on automatically from here and doesn’t record the study. I’ve already reported the bug via the standard procedure several times but haven’t heard anything back. Any ideas what to do?

The course is incomplete. From level 9 onwards, most of the characters don’t have any definitions, this is preventing the course from being able to launch.
Seems like the course has been abandoned or is work in progress.

BellyFlop, have you already studied all the levels 1-8 and was this really helpful to you? And would you know what the right definitions are for the ‘open’ items? In that case, you could ask to become contributor and update the course yourself.
Usually you can ask Lien to that, by tagging her here, explaining why you want to be contributor (i.e. because you studied up to level 8 and the creator has abandoned the course).
