Audio being cut off or truncated

I have a private course that I use for learning Hebrew and after a few months of not adding any new words I’ve added a bunch of new words the last few days. I’m experiencing a problem with the audio that I didn’t have in the past. When adding audio to the words by uploading an mp3 the audio is either being truncated during upload or it’s uploading fully but the playback is cutting the end off. Not all words are affected but a lot certainly are. I rechecked the mp3s and they are fine so it’s definitely a memrise problem.

This website seems to go from one problem to another and I’m reminded again of why I stopped paying for it last time something crappy like this happened.

If it is the same, we should probably continue the discussion there. In that thread we concluded it to be a Memrise problem: the mp3 files are uploaded fine, and play fine when downloaded back, saved to the hdd, then played.
