I wonder how many subscribers to Memrise will bother to renew their subscription after the first year? I am a recent subscriber, having switched from DuoLingo about three months ago because I ran out of lessons. But already I am at French 6 and can see myself running out of lessons here before the end of my first subscription year. I consider myself far from fluent. I enjoy the learning model of Memrise and my vocabulary and listening have grown a lot in a short time, but that won’t be enough to make me renew. How about you? And are they even reading this forum?
You’re not at all limited to Memrise’s own courses. In fact there’s tons of courses with far better and/or advanced content. If you happen to use the app, note that you should search for courses on the web and start a first learning session there. From then on, the course will sync to the app and you can continue to learn there.

Let me add that you’ll probably need to pull down in the course overview to refresh the list. If that doesn’t work, log off and then back in, this also re-syncs the courses and their data.
