Why there is an English course for Chinese (Traditional) speakers, but there is no Chinese (Traditional) course for English speakers?

And why is the English course for Chinese speakers longer than the Chinese course for English speakers?

Are you asking about the official courses? There are quite a few user-made courses for English speakers learning traditional Chinese, I think.

It could also be that they haven’t gotten to it, yet (putting as many out). There are many different languages, etc. out there that they could be doing ones that they think are being/going to be most used and are putting those out first. I could be wrong, though.
