I want to have the pro-version for one month, so I bought a Google-Play card and I became my money to my google conto, then I clicked in the android app to “Pro” then “One Months” and then it depicts “Nicht qualifiziert” (in English "not qualified) unter my money stand: 15,00€. Can anybody help me?

Unfortunately Google Play balance and vouchers are only valid for one-off payments. As the Pro subscription is set as a recurring transaction by default, it can’t be paid for using these methods. If you got the Play balance for Memrise specifically, it may be worth reaching out to the PlayStore to request a refund.

I too was all set to pay for a year’s subscription via Google Play.
Instead, I will buy another one.

Will it take your employees having their identity being stolen to help you realize how reluctant users are to share their Credit Card info?
