"Whoopss" on speed review when not available

Clicking speed review on a course where (I think) the speed review isn’t available generates a “Whoops.” modal with no additional information.

Username: MockObject
Platform: Firefox with no flash installed
Date of first occurrence: 2016-05-10 is the first I’ve noticed it
Description of steps you took when issue happened:

I login, click speed review on the “Who Composed Me” course, and get to a loading page that opens the “Whoops.” modal.

You mean that there should be more information besides “Whoops.”?

Speed review is not available for audio and picture courses. It appears additional information are missing in the error message, I’ll pass this on to the web devs.
