"Whoops. Could not load the session. Sorry." error message

Hey there, I have made me own course a couple of days ago to help me memorize certain vocabulary personalized just for me but I can’t use it because I get the error “Whoops. Could not load the session. Sorry.” every time I try to learn new words. How do I fix this? I want the spaced repetition training method but I would like to use memrise since it’s my main platform. I am on chrome on a mac.

It looks like you have only filled in one of the two columns.
Now it says:

  1. What is your name?
  2. My name is Josh

But it should say, for example:

  • First column - Second column
  1. What is your name? - < japanese for what is your name>…
  2. My name is Josh - < Japanese for My name is Josh>

Ah thanks! I filled it in the “Common Japanese” instead of “Kana”.
