Hi, I’ve got the same issue lately, on my Xiao Mi redmi note 3 pro, android version 6.0.1, I can access my courses directly after downloading the app, but after closing it it comes back to previous version (with snowflakes on an icon) and won’t properly open (the message about the aliens and rotating circle is the only thing I can get). Deleting the app, and installing it again solves the issue for a moment, but it always crashes again.
Please help.

I have the same problem with my iPhone device.
I have problem in learning(not reviewing) two courses via application(not web version).
My app is up to date (ver. 2.3.1.4050) in iPhone5 final version of iOS(10.3.3)
courses:

When I try to reach the “All word” section of the course I receive this message: “Whoa, something went wrong. Might be the aliens again.”

I can only see the words I learned before and the other words can’t be loaded.

After I try to learn new words I receive an unknown error in a red box located on top of the screen.

ps.: I also try to load courses in safary, firefox and chrome browsers in my iPhone, but none of them were useful. I couldn’t load the whole webpage in order to learn new words in webpage.

Oh and of course my husband has exactly the same problems with these specific courses!
Before I post here, I had already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it didn’t work.

Please kindly help me to solve the problem.
