I had a streak going for over 20 days and then one day the counter above the Japanese course I was doing suddenly disappeared. And the " support contact form" link is just a fake link. Honestly I expected better from memrise when I purchased pro. Certainly one of my more regretful purchases. Has anybody got some fixes to get my counter back or contact customer support?

“support contact form” is not a link. Just left-click it and then fill the form out.
That never worked for me in Firefox and Chrome (maybe because of NoScript or Ghostery or the like) and also stopped working for me in IE a couple of months ago now. Haven’t checked lately.
