Where is my streak clock/stats

Generally when I finish Memrise for the day I flick over to the stats page where it shows the amount of time I spent on Memrise today and in the last week. It also shows the graph for the past year (I have a Pro membership). I’m currently on my desktop and on the left it shows the Streak Clock and how much time I have left for the day. This is where I click to access the other data. Any clues, anyone? Thanks.

Hi Maxine,

How are things?

Aren’t you currently seeing the “Pro” panel which usually sits immediately below the “Streak Clock” panel? Mine’s showing and takes me to the stats page as usual via the “more” button.

Sorry, I completely don’t understand why this is a problem. You see the Streak Clock - that is what you want, right? I am surely missing or overlooking something!

I can see the streak clock on the front page which shows how many hours I have left for the current day. Under that I’m seeing the Leaderboard title for the people I’m following, but I have to click on that to see who is there. Normally I click (I can’t remember what), but it takes me to the graph for the past year and shows me how long I’ve been on for the day, compared to yesterday and the totals so far for the week.

I think that must be missing and I don’t know why. It’s never disappeared before.

Tx. My pro panel is nicely sitting below the Streaks Clock.

You are right. And it looks something like this:

I can only think of two reasons: a bug that affects just some people for an unknown reason. Or your pro expired, but I suppose you would know that and have already checked that. Are the other PRO features working fine, such as download courses, difficult words, and chatbots grammarbots, meet-the-natives if you do Memrise courses.

Yes, that the panel - I couldn’t even think earlier what was missing but that’s it for sure. The other features are all working, eg difficult words, Chatbots, Meet the Natives. Am following up now with Lien re where this panel has gone. Thank you!

Feedback for you @alanh and also @John_Baite. I did contact Lien who suggested using Chrome (if I wasn’t already); or try another browser. When I tried Safari it worked. Lien also sent me a link which took me directly to my learning stats. It was here …www.memrise/home/learning-stats. That was very good but I couldn’t get back to my front (learning) page. The other thing Lien suggested was clearing my cache. Anyway, now all is good and it’s even working on Chrome, as it should. Thank you again for your posts, interest and suggestions.

Thanks for the feedback Maxine. Good to know that Lien found a fix for you. She’s a diamond, isn’t she?
