In this link ,it has try to explain the different, but I have’nt dig it’s content.

I think that eventually, all community-made courses will be only accessible in Decks. I think Memrise will also be for learning languages exclusively.

Maybe it is not necessary, people can use Anki or supermemo to learn other knowledage,Memrise is a language learning tool after all.

At some point later this year, the Memrise website and app will only have the language courses created by the Memrise team (these are the courses that have the premium features that people can pay for). At the same time, the courses (languages and other subjects) created by the Memrise community will only be available on the Decks website and a new Decks app (yet to be released). Courses on Decks will not have the premium features but will be free to access.

It’s been communicated many times, this is not new.

I noticed that I can make use of the “Difficult Words” feature on Decks, but I can’t on Memrise because there it’s considered a premium feature and I don’t have a premium account. So, that’s one difference. I don’t know if it’s a permanent difference or not.

According to the list in this announcement, “Difficult Words” will be a permanent feature of Decks
