I’ve updated to iOS 12 and update to the latest version of Memrise. When using the chatbot all of my answers are now a letter with three dots after them. Is this normal

Are you able to un-install and re-install the app? We released a fix for this bug earlier today 
Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue
yes that has fixed it.
