In official Memrise courses (French 1, German 1 tried so far), some levels are missing. E.g. Level 2. From other community posts I read that they are “gammabot” levels and a bot chat is supposed to appear… However, I passed Level 1, now on Level 3 - no Level 2 and no chat appeared… (neither iOS app nor web version). What is it I’m not getting quite right? Thanks!
No Attiker, I don’t see that! And I’m not a pro member - are those only for
pro members?
I think both bot-levels are for pro-users and That’s why you don’t see them

I guess… :(( Thanks!
Gammabot is visible for all users but only the first chat is available for non pro users.
Are you using the latest version of Memrise?
@IgCostaBR
Hello Joshua, Hello Ignacio,
I am using the offical Memrise PT BR (Non-European) version.
How many bot chats (levels) does each PT1, PT2,…PT5…PT6+PT7 course offer to Pro users?
Is this only available to the European/Portugal version or also to PT from Brazil?
Sorry, I can not test the Android app at the moment on Bluestacks as I can not directly sign-in to my e-mail Memrise account (tested on an somehow older Android app version; I have to re-test this with the LATEST version), once Bluestacks is assigned to a local Google account (must have) and linked special e-mail, which is different than the e-mail address used for Memrise directly.
Something was so wrong with the login / password fields and submit button, where I shall be be able to directly login, with no Facebook or Google in between…
But of course I am still interested to hear what I could improve for PT 1-7…
Hello @Thomas.Heiss.
Hope you are fine!
Currently, we still don’t have ChatBots for our Portuguese courses (BR or European).
We are working to make this feature available for every official course, but it takes some time.
Hopefully, for the next months, we’ll have some news about that! =)
Can I help you with anything else?
Regards,
Ignacio
The iOS App Store states they are available for: French; Italian; German; Spanish; Chinese; and Japanese. My assumption is this means from British English, not American English.
Though on my iPad, I still have missing levels, and no Grammarbots. For example: Italian 7 (from British English) is missing levels: 2; 4; and 6. I assume these are Grammarbot levels.
My app is the most recent download as of 21st June.
Edit: I am a Pro subscriber
Update: The iOS app was updated on July 3rd, and Grammarbots now appear and work for me.
