We need an option for Blocking/Deleting random followers

Can you guys implement the option for the Memrise users choose if they want a new follower or not?
This is a basic function that Duolingo, which is a FREE and more popular site than yours provide for the user.
I’ve deleted 5(Five) accounts for having a lot of empty profiles following me. By the way, this is the main reason why I don’t subscribe here. I don’t have freedom or privacy.

PS: Some people can say this is a stupid thing, but if we have a “social feature” on this site, we should choose the people that we want to follow or not.

I agree that this should be an option.
Personally, it’s ok for me if a real user wants to follow me. It can be motivating to try to get more points than the people you follow, even if you don’t know them and they don’t follow you back. What I don’t really understand (nor need, nor want), is these profiles with 0 points who follow 500 or 1000 persons. These I would like to be able to delete.

You guys are developing a new app for Decks (which require way more work than adding a feature to the actual site/app) so I don’t understand why we still don’t have such a basic thing like this.
Allow users to BLOCK/Remove followers or set their own profile as private.
PLEASE.

I’m all for extra options among paying supporters.

If they have no points what are they even on there for is a pertinent question I would say. Perhaps an idle profile should be suspended after lots of inactivity on the learning site. If they have to reactivate each time and actually do a little learning before they can access the forum once more they may behave better.

Don’t Let It Die

yes. I need this option too in order to remove each follower.
