It seems that the number of users that are shown under the course icon is not updated, they stay the same since several weeks, in this example 909.

The counter certainly appears to be erratic in the way it operates. I have been keeping an eye on a number of my courses for some time now and, some of them update daily whilst others remain unchanged. Here are the recent numbers. Click on the image to enlarge.

One thing that might be worth a try.
If you know for sure that you have new learners on one of your courses eg because new usernames appear on the course leaderboard, post a link to that course in one of the two topics mentioned above and tag either Lien or Joshua (using the “@” symbol) in your post so that they will be alerted and can check that particular course.
