Upgrade did not work

Hi I upgraded to Pro on my android, nothing changed. Still locked. But when I go into Google Play says I’ve already upgraded.
I’ve emailed but only had a automated reply.
If it can’t be sorted I would like a refund please.

I have also emailed about this subscription query from my
[email protected] account as I forgot my android phone Google Play was
linked to my Gmail.
I’d like to continue using the Memrise app on my phone and not really on
the computer, so I don’t know if the username/accounts are linked?
The details of my subscription are below.
I would like you to active PRO so I can access the locked levels such as
’You and I’, ‘Directions’ etc. on my phone app.
Other than the subscription query, I think the app is fantastic for
beginners.
