Here are the latest updates to the Memrise Beta experience on web:
General improvements:
- Your default Dashboard page will now be ‘All Courses’ sorted by most recently learned. We’re also working on other sort and filter options for this page to ensure you can always find the course you’re looking for.
- We’ve changed the position of the ‘category review’ button to make it easier to find. You’ll now see it in a much more visible place at the top of the courses list when you filter by category.
- We’ve changed our testing approach to ensure that you’re getting more typing tests for Review sessions. We’re also investigating an ‘All typing’ option.
- For those of you who have created courses with multiple columns, we’ve ensured that the input field is labelled correctly in typing tests so you know what you’re being tested on.
- You can now also remove a Daily Goal from a course by clicking ‘Turn Off’ next to the options to change your Daily Goal.
- For those of you who want to go straight back to the Course Overview screen when you’ve finished a lesson, you can now click on the underlined Course name in the top left and you’ll go straight back to your Course page.
Bug fixes:
- We’ve resolved issues with the keyboard shortcuts not working in certain situations.
- We’ve resolved some user interface issues with buttons in the learning sessions.
- We’ve fixed an issue on the Dashboard where you couldn’t scroll if the Daily Goal box was open.
