Unable to see any mems now

I haven’t used Memrise much for a couple of months, since my mempal cannot see my mems. But now I really need to see the mems I’ve chosen for the different words, while on the PC.
Before Christmas, I would be able to see the 7 first mems (+ my own) whenever I made a mistake. I have now tried in every way to see the mems, but they are gone. The mems I made are still available under my profile, but they are not available inside the course (it’s a community made course).
I can’t see the mems when I look at the list of words, nor when I go in and make mistakes (on purpose).

I have tried both with and without the beta version setting on.

Please help, the mems were the main reason to use (and pay for) Memrise. Now, it has lost its main function for me, and is a complete waste of time and money.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you’re having these issues.

Are you able to test a few things:

  • Please make sure AdBlock, AdBlocking technology or Ghostery have been disabled
  • Clear cache and cookies
  • Enable Javascript
  • Disable any active extensions and/or userscripts
  • Ensure your browser is updated, and restart it
  • Can you try loading the session in Google Chrome?
  • If Chrome fails, can you try loading the session in incognito mode?

If all of the above fails, please let us know of the outcome and provide the following:

  • details on which device and browser(s) you are using

Okay. My PC has the same problems as the author and I’m trying to follow all your suggestions.
It only happens when I’m using memrise on my work PC. Could it be because of installed apps like SysGauge or worktime(employee monitoring)

Hi @janeking12, yes it’s possible. Are you able to temporarily disable these or try incognito mode?

Hi, I have the same problem in the browser application. The mems are also not displayed in incognito mode. In addition, after deactivating the beta version I noticed that the mems were shown in the preview in a random order.
