I have a new course that I want to add new words to, I am being allowed to add the definition but not the word. This is the same for other courses I am trying to add to. Anyone else got this problem?

Course creation is temporarily disabled due to a bot attack. There was an announcement about it the other day, but it was put in a pretty obscure place and hardly anybody saw it.
Is course creation still disabled as of June 6, 2019? I can name a course, but when I attempt to add words I receive a message stating: Whoops. Could not load the session. Sorry.
