Ubuntu firefox - the added points when reviewing disappeared suddenly

the points on the upper line marking progress suddenly disappared 10 min ago, and the problem is there does not matter what course i am reviewing… wondering if this is a non-windows problem

obviously a sudden ubuntu 20.04 problem… on a diff laptop under windows 10/firefox the points are still there…,.

i know the chance is very low, but maybe some linux specialist in here can explain how to tweak the firefox under ubuntu for a more … “pleasant” experience?

edit: somehow the problems solved by themselves… the points appeared recently, just like that
