Hi, I’ve just signed up for Pro (monthly plan) a few days ago. I’m happy with it and don’t want to get a refund, but I will most probably not need it after this one month is up, at least not for a while.
How can I turn off auto-renew? Do I go to the page where it says ‘cancel’ and press ‘go free’? Will this turn into a refund request and hence end my current plan?

Any idea how long it usually takes until the staff see and/or respond?

When you click ‘cancel and go free’ the recurring payments will be cancelled. Your membership/Pro access will remain active until the end of your current payment period (26th November 2016 in your case).
As you subscribed via PayPal, you could also cancel the recurring payments via your PayPal Profile > Payment Preferences > Pre-approved Payments > Memrise > disable

I want also to cancel my just subscribed PRO but only to cancel the renewel payment. On memrise profile it tells me I will no longer have access to all learning games? Sorry I am totally lost her. Can you please help?
@Sprachen-cp I’ve cancelled mine successfully, as the helpful people above advised.
You can cancel it, and the pro will still work until the end of your current period (eg. the end of the 30 days).
You will be able to access all the free modes, but not all modes, since some modes are for pro only (like the ‘quick review’ and ‘difficult words’ I think).
So yeah, you can cancel pro and you will still be able to use Memrise!
I am back at free mode now, but I might get pro again when I have to prepare for my Hebrew exam
