HGood morning!
There are two sentences Im not quite sure how to translate! Please help.

  1. он помагает нам в работе.
  • he helps us with work? Or on work? I think i know the meaning of the sentence but not sure how to translate smoothly.
  1. я звонил майору в штаб.
  • I called the major and HQ?!?! Or major in Hq?

  1. He helps us in our work.
  2. I was calling (to) the major in HQ.
