if you have the same problem as me and memrise offers too many new words (five minimum) and you get annoyed because you confuse them and you better learn two new words there is a solution :
Just ignore all words and chose only two words
It is not the best solution but better than nothing
My answer might not be all too helpful, but the app allows you to learn 3 new words at a time. This probably applies to iOS as well, but I’m not certain.
Maybe you could switch to learning them in the app …?

@MemriseSupport, @ale_c: wouldn’t it be an easy addition to allow users to pick 1, 2, 3 … 10 words to be learned on both the web and the apps? It should at least be consistent between those two worlds, I suppose.
But please, if you change something, don’t remove the 3w option from the app (already too much for some languages)!
