Is it possible to togge off the Muliple choice feature when I want to so it asks only the typing ones?
It’s helpful sometime but it just asks the same words over and over again - Just wondering if it’s an option - Thanks !

When The new Memrise experience (Beta) is enabled, I get multiple choice tests (instead of typing tests). I turned off Tapping Tests in the settings, but that doesn’t help. How can I disable multiple choice tests?
It’s looking like we don’t get to anymore (which is garbage).
Hi @abacabadabacaba, our web team is looking into this issue as users should still be presented with typing tests. Can you please confirm which course you are learning?
I have asked the same thing, I think there is no way to. It would be a nice option though!

PLEASE allow us to disable multiple choice.
It kills reviewing speed and fakes you knowing a word by picking it out of a list.
In the old UI i had an userscript that disabled them. It does not work with the new UI.
I already don’t use the IOS app because it never supported user scripts. When a multi q pops up i have to look away from the screen and think of the answer. Then look at the screen and decide if my answer was close enough with the provided options. If it is not i try to hit a wrong option on purpose. But due chance i sometimes hit the correct one by accident when i am not sure at all…
Forcing this on the website too would be horrible.
Thanks, I didn’t mean for any kind of big deal as all as I use the site daily and change my preferences a such ( Whatever I feel like doing at that time so I’ll would toggle the multiple choice on/ off at random I was just wondering if there was a way.
Thanks for your attention, So Toggling tapping test on off would change that now ? I’ll try bit it’s not a bit deal If I have to choose only one or the other as sometime I’ll want multiple choice especially for speed review!

No, this toggles the tapping test. Not multiple choice.
And it is a big deal to a lot of other users. We got around by using userscripts. But they are nuked with the new UI.

It’s just recently It seems I’ve been getting more multiple choice questions ( Which can be helpful as well ) Yet still was just wondering. I’m just surprised to get an follow up at all , wow few … very few apps actually care - most just don’t if you have an issue let alone a question , moreso for a site I use daily bit is free it’s substantial but I’d get the prem. Version if / when There’s an app for windows as I hate doing it on the phone. The off line version is the only thing that would be appealing . In the future maybe
I don’t want to take up any more of your time as I have other questions I am sure are answered in the forums looking now actually as What the point of " levels/ points are , Just an arbitrary number I assume a there’s no competition of who can score the most in a time period ( Right ? )
Though I had a hire score in my previous profile until I lost access to that Google account and started over.
