While editing levels in a course, one can select a predefined set of characters that will be displayed to the users (in Edit Column dialog, in Testing tab). The predefined set of characters for Ukrainian contains duplicates and characters not used in Ukrainian. The correct character string is
абвгґдеєжзиіїйклмнопрстуфхцчшщьюя
