Subscription renewal

Hi!

I joined Premium Monthly last month and cancelled the service today. This is what shows on my account: “Membership status: Memrise Pro since Nov. 28, 2018
Your Pro subscription has been cancelled. Your access to Pro expires on 2018-12-28”.

Can You tell me if I will be billed for another month if I cancelled today? If so, how can I get my money back since my Premium expires today?

So its seems money was taken from my account but I don’t have access to Pro anymore. And if I try to contact you I get some copy-paste message that doesn’t answer my questions.
Is there a way to get my money back?

I don’t know what part of the world you live in, but it is New Year here and most people take time off work. I think you might have to wait a little while for a response.
