Subscription problems

Hello,

So I downloaded memrise IOS and I logged in using my facebook account. After I used the app for I while I decided to GO PRO so I payed for a subscription.
I recieved the e-mail for apple saying my subscription was OK.
I accendently logged out of the app this morning and tried to login again uing my connect with facebook now my subscription is gone and i got a new user name. I tried getting my password back using my 2 mails accounts one I use for facebook and the one I got from icloud non of them work and the website states that there is no user using the e-mail.
So now i made an account on te website using my gmail account so i could keep using memrise in the browser and keep on learning.

How do I get my subscription back ? I can add pictures of apple mail saying i payed for the subscription or a screenshot from my settings/subscriptions on my iphone

please help!

@Feloefke It sounds like you created a new account, as opposed to logging in with your old one.

Can you sign out of Memrise on the mobile app, and then click the login button on the top right hand side of the screen. Please then login with the original details you used to sign up to Memrise Pro with (email / password or signing in via Facebook).
