hey , i hope you are all doing well , since more than an entire week i was trying to continue my learning to dutch and japanese , but it the system is stuck at loading session i tried to refresh , log out and re log in , delete cache and it all didn’t work !! any ideas ?
I am no tech support, but you should specify your web browser and operating system if you would like to be assisted.
Have you tried another browser? Logging in from a different device?
For me Infinite loading screen sometimes is caused by unstable internet connection.
Another possibility is userscripts. If you’re using any userscripts, disable all of them and see if it fixes the problem. I’ve had this happen to me before.
Also, which country are you trying to access Memrise from?
